Women only antenatal education sessions alongside relaxation and breathing exercises as well as some useful stretches to support your changing body and prepare for birth.

First days at home after the birth


Sessions are on a Monday and start at 5pm. We will discuss certain topics and look at different options available to you. There is antenatal discussion followed by yoga style movements and a relaxation finishing at 6:30pm.
